Cameron joined NedRailways in September 2005 and is responsible for managing communications in support of NedRailways’ business objectives for the UK market. This includes the management of relations with central and local government, transport authorities, regulatory groups, politicians and others in a position of influence in the UK rail industry. Cameron also liaises closely on communications matters with NedRailways joint venture partner in the UK, Serco.
Before joining NedRailways, Cameron was an Associate Director at the Waterfront Partnership, where he supported Serco-NedRailways in the bids for the Northern Rail and Merseyrail franchises.
Prior to this he was at the Department for Transport for 17 years, during which time he held a variety of Parliamentary and policy positions.
