Eric van Eijndhoven joined NedRailways in 2001 and has an extensive experience in project and programme management.
He was the bid manager for the Northern bid and after the award of the Northern franchise to Serco-NedRailways he successfully managed a major programme of change projects during the first half year of operations.
Furthermore he was as bid manager involved in various bids and lead feasibility studies in UK, Germany and Poland. Besides that he developed and implemented a “bid factory” in which bid processes and lessons learned from all bids are collected and described.
Before Eric joined NedRailways he had various senior business development and project management functions in the Netherlands and abroad.
